At One Addington, every piece is handmade to order in the UK, created with care and intention. Because of the nature of our garments and our small-scale production, we don’t offer refunds.

Instead, we offer a considered store credit returns option designed to give you flexibility while allowing us to maintain the quality and care behind each piece.

If your dress isn’t quite right

If something doesn’t feel perfect when your dress arrives, you’re not alone and you’re not stuck, we are always here to resolve any issues you may have.

We offer store credit on eligible returns, allowing you to:

Reorder in a different size if the size you ordered isn’t quite right
Choose another style from our website if the style you ordered doesn’t work out for you
Reorder something else when the time feels right

We are always happy to guide you through the process and help you find the best possible fit.

We’re always happy to advise and want you to feel confident before placing your order.

Returns conditions

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unaltered, in original condition with security tags still in tact and returned in original packaging only
Store credit is issued once the return has been approved and received
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Duties and taxes are non-refundable
Please note that items bought via Sample Sales or Black Friday Sales are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
