Returns Policy

RETURNS

Whilst we hope you are happy with your purchase, we understand that it doesn't always work out. Please note that we do not offer full refunds for any of our made to order pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for either:

  • Exchange of size
  • 100% Store Credit (all store credits have no expiry date)
Subject to the following terms and conditions:

RETURN ELIGIBILITY 
  • All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and original packaging intact.
  • Returns will NOT be accepted if they show any signs of wear or alteration, including but not limited to makeup residue, stains, odours, or evidence of washing or modifications.
  • Made-to-measure or customised orders are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Please be aware that items purchased through clearance or sample sales are final and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or credit notes.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely. Please make sure your parcel is clearly marked as a return.


QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS 

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If your item does not meet the return criteria we will notify you via email and will automatically return the dress back to you.
