all of our pieces are handmade in the uk and made to order. this means your garment is only produced once your order has been placed and paid for.

we kindly ask that you review the production timeframe listed on your chosen product page before placing your order, so you are aware of how long your piece will take to be made prior to dispatch.

shipping estimates

once your order has been completed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

1st class tracked & signed for £6
1–2 working days from dispatch

europe
international priority £20 + duties & taxes (which are calculated at checkout)
2–4 working days from dispatch

rest of the world
international priority £30 + duties & taxes (which are calculated at checkout)
2–4 working days from dispatch

please note that these timeframes are estimates from the point of dispatch and do not include production time.

dispatch & delivery

we ship worldwide.

uk orders are sent via royal mail. international orders are shipped with fedex. all deliveries are tracked and require a signature on arrival.

once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. a second email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

while we take great care in preparing each order, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider once your parcel has been collected.

we are unable to accept responsibility for delays, loss, theft, or damage in transit. in the unlikely event of a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly using your tracking information.

we are not able to offer replacements or refunds for lost or stolen parcels once they are in transit.

international shipping & customs

for orders outside of the uk, all duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. this ensures a smoother delivery process without additional charges upon arrival.

international shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities.

duties and taxes are non-refundable once collected.
