ORDERS

Each garment is handmade by us in the UK, once the order has been placed and paid for by the customer. We kindly request that you check the production time for your chosen garment to ensure you are aware of how long it takes us to make your garment before it is dispatched out to you. 

STANDARD SHIPPING ESTIMATES

UK: 1st Class Tracked & Signed For £6  |  1 - 2 working days for delivery once posted.

Europe: International Priority £20  |  1 - 3 working days for delivery once posted. 

Rest of the world:  International Priority £30  |  1 - 3 working days for delivery once posted.

 

SHIPPING

One Addington offers worldwide shipping.

  • Items are dispatched via Royal Mail for UK orders or Fedex for international orders with tracking and signature confirmation.

  • You'll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch email notification with tracking information once your item is on its way to you.

  • While we take utmost care in preparing your order, One Addington cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage once the package is in transit. It is the customers responsibility to resolve any of the above circumstances.

  • Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please refrain from enquiring about your order status if the estimated production and shipping time has not yet elapsed.

  • For delivery issues, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

For deliveries outside the UK:

  • All customs duties & taxes are now charged upfront on all international orders at checkout. This helps avoid delays and unexpected fees at the point of delivery. These will be calculated and collected during checkout.

  • Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.

  • We do not refund customs duties or taxes once collected. If you return your item or believe you’ve been incorrectly charged, you may be able to reclaim the duties and taxes paid, but this must be done directly through your local customs authority. Unfortunately, as the seller, we do not have access to these funds and cannot process the refund ourselves.
    Each country has its own process for customs refunds, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance on how to proceed.
